Currently, we do not offer home service. If your cooler requires servicing, please contact your nearest authorized dealer.
We provide a 1-year warranty on the motor and pump of our air coolers.

Installation and Setup
Follow the installation instructions provided in the user manual. Ensure that the cooler is placed near a window or an open area for proper air circulation. Connect the water supply, plug in the cooler, and turn it on.
It is not recommended to run the cooler without water as it may damage the pump and reduce the cooling efficiency.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Clean the water tank and pads every two weeks to prevent mold and mildew buildup. Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of the cooler.
- Turn off and unplug the cooler.

- Use a mild detergent and water to clean the tank.
- Remove the cooling pads and rinse them with clean water.
- Reassemble the cooler once everything is dry.

Warranty and Service
The 1-year warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the motor and pump. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
To claim warranty service, contact your nearest authorized dealer with the purchase receipt and warranty card. They will assist you with the necessary repairs or replacements.
Currently, we do not offer extended warranties. The standard 1-year warranty applies to all our coolers.
Self-Service Tips

- For significant damage, contact your nearest dealer for a replacement tank.
